Changing the perspective of "what is my purpose" which feels very dramatic to "what makes me feel most purposeful" was a challenge I had. When you have already had success and are looking to wind down parts of your work life, this tweak is freeing and helps find focus.
Living as an entrepreneur is often romanticised and requiring a growth mindset means you are often bombarded with mantras and behaviours we should undertake. It can often distract from what really needs to be done and even leave to buffering with learning instead of doing and being paralysed by how you "should act".
